Hessle Grove Allotment Association

Hessle Grove Allotments is a small self-managed community allotment site tucked away off Snakey Alley in Ewell Village, Epsom, established around 1927.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A small, friendly site

We have a variety of plot sizes to suit different needs and circumstances. Plot holders are expected to play an active part in the life of the site — attending working parties and contributing to the upkeep of communal areas throughout the year.

The soil is heavy clay — fertile and rewarding, but sticky in winter and hard when dry in summer. There is no vehicle access to the site.
